For Professionals • Private Fiduciaries
Trust accounting and beneficiary work that never leaves your laptop.
Read trust instruments, build asset inventories from statements, redact PII before court filings, and sign petitions — all running in your browser. Client documents are never uploaded to any server. PrivDF can’t see them even if we wanted to.
Coming in v1.1: Fiduciary-tuned AI prompts (recognizes settlor / trustee / HEMS standards), one-click extractor templates for beneficiary schedules and asset inventories, probate-ready redaction profile, and synthetic sample documents. PrivDF’s existing tools work today — this page expands as the dedicated presets ship.
Trust instrument analysis
Ask questions about a trust document and get answers with page citations. Distinguish facts from inferences. Flag missing successor trustees and ambiguous distribution standards.
Asset inventories
Extract account balances and holdings from statements into CSV. Reconcile across periods. No statement ever leaves your browser.
Court-ready redaction
Auto-detect SSNs, account numbers, DOBs, addresses. Review every detection in context. Export with text replaced — not just covered with a black box.
Filing packets
Merge accounting summaries, supporting schedules, and exhibits into a single petition packet. Sign with X.509 certificates generated in-browser.
Compliance posture
- Probate court filing: Redaction is content-level, not a visual mask. Text is replaced with [REDACTED] placeholders so it can’t be selected, copied, or recovered.
- PII handling: Detection runs locally; the redaction list never leaves your browser. PrivDF never receives client identifiers.
- Document retention: None on our side. Files exist only in your browser’s memory and (optionally) encrypted IndexedDB on your device.
